All About Me!

Welcome! I’m Dr. Christine D’Alessandro

I am a family and life coach. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology and a background in psychotherapy

specializing in family, child and couples therapy for 20 years.

It is a privilege to be invited to work alongside you as we unlock your full potential. My aim is to draw upon your strengths and help you feel empowered, live authentically, and thrive in your relationship with yourself and others. I use a holistic and collaborative approach integrating the mind, body, and soul. I believe in the amazing power of the human mind and it's ability to heal the human body. I also believe that when we shift our thoughts we can transform how we feel and act.

I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel listened to, supported and understood.  My work is strongly guided by a cultural lens as I am multilingual and multicultural and understand the deep importance of being sensitive to other’s cultures and life experiences.  I guide you reconnecting with your  authentic self so you can in the best way possible for yourself, your child(ren), your partner, and in all your relationships. Creating a healthier and happier self from the inside out is how real and long lasting change happens.

MY STORY ( abbreviated version).

I grew up in the Democratic Republic of Congo to Mediterranean & Middle Eastern parents, and moved to the US at the age of 17.  I earned, both, my Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in families and children from the California Institute of Integral Studies.  I currently live in San Francisco with my husband and son.

I enjoy a good cup of tea, I love traveling, photography, good food, and spending quality time with family and friends.
